Public reading of Mark's gospel
Members of Saltaire United Reformed Church will give a public reading of Mark's gospel beginning at 6pm on Sunday, March 12th . Other forthcomimg events, designed to show the Grade One Listed building fulfilling its intended purpose include a Prayer Labrynth at Easter which will attract attention to a short course, open to all, on the Christian faith.
Venue: United Reformed Church, Victoria Road, Saltaire.
Time: 6 p.m. on Sunday 12 March.

Locals welcome licensee back to Boathouse
Regular entertainment now includes the Sunday Social, starting at 8.30 p.m. on the last Sunday of each month, with recorded music presented by two respected local DJs, Wally (of BCB) and Tony Safari. On Wednesday evening there is themed food, with the quiz moving to Thursday.

Marilyn Clapham who runs the Line Dancing classes at Glenaire School is a Sentinel reader who has responded positively to last month’s feature on the Saltaire Bandstand, the project which will be putting music and dance back into Roberts Park this summer.
