REDUCE YOUR FOOD MILES AT THE FARMERS' MARKET
"Your Market Needs You!" says Kevin Good

To all those culinary folk out there who enjoy having their taste buds tickled, why not trundle down to your local Farmers' Market? As well as many of the regular stalls such as cheeses from Cheese Cheese Cheese, stunning Dexter beef from Pike End Farm, cakes from Cottage Cakes and freshly baked bread from Straws Bakery, the market welcomes some new additions next month including Organic Fruit & Veg from Low Leases farm and hand made skin care products from Eden Skin Care.

You can do your bit to reduce those food miles whilst supporting local food producers by treating yourself to some superb local produce! For further details of all Bradford Met’s markets please see Bradford Met’s website under Leisure & Culture. Thanks for your support, your market needs you!

The market is held at Caroline Street Car Park, on the third Saturday of each month, (eg: May 19th ) 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
